Leading the people side of large-scale enterprise technology and process change, the full-time remote Senior Change Manager will develop and execute organizational change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption while ensuring accountability and transparency across multiple initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develops enterprise change management strategies and actionable plans tailored to transformation programs Plans and manages change workstreams with clear scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring rigorous tracking Builds and maintains relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders, coaching them on their roles in change initiatives Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management for large, complex initiatives Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation in large, matrixed organizations Hands-on experience supporting major IT/technology programs such as platform modernization or ERP implementations Deep knowledge of structured change methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
