About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established real estate investment organization in Denver. This is a close-knit, family-oriented environment offering the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in a trusted, high-level support role.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive, personal, financial, and administrative support to the CEO and his family. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, financially savvy, and comfortable managing sensitive information and complex priorities independently.

This position offers the opportunity to take over responsibilities from a long-tenured assistant who will be available to provide training and transition support through the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and changing priorities.
  • Coordinate extensive business and personal travel arrangements for the executive and family.
  • Oversee personal financial administration, including bill payment, check preparation, wire transfers, investment tracking, and cash management.
  • Maintain detailed financial records, spreadsheets, and family-office documentation.
  • Assist with employee payroll and 401(k) administration.
  • Manage electronic signatures, expense reporting, and other confidential documentation.
  • Monitor and organize a high volume of executive correspondence and email communications.
  • Coordinate family-related logistics and special arrangements, including professional and personal events.
  • Support planning and execution of the organization’s annual investor meeting.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for both day-to-day administrative needs and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience supporting executives or high-net-worth individuals in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar capacity.
  • Strong financial and administrative capabilities, including experience handling payments, financial records, and confidential information.
  • Excellent document management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when working with highly sensitive personal and financial information.

Additional Details:

  • Full-time, direct-hire position.
  • Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Remote flexibility is available.
